RETURN & REFUND POLICY — AUREXIO

At AUREXIO, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return process.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The issue is reported within 24 hours from delivery
The product is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging

👉 Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

2. Return Request Process

To initiate a return, you must:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photo/video proof of the issue
Provide your order details

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved, we will initiate your refund
Refunds will be processed within [REFUND PROCESSING TIME] (10–15 business days)
The refund will be credited to your original payment method

👉 In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

4. Replacement Policy

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for faster resolution.
This depends on product availability and the nature of the issue.

5. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Report within 24 hours
Provide proper proof (images/video)

👉 Once verified, we will offer replacement or full refund at no extra cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
Products without original packaging
Hygiene-related or personal care items (if opened/used)
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong product), AUREXIO will bear the return shipping cost
In other eligible cases, shipping cost may be discussed based on the situation

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

9. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to process refunds promptly, delays may occur due to banking systems or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience.

10. Legal & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
