14. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy & Misuse

At AUREXIO, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenience to our customers. However, this service is provided in good faith and is subject to responsible usage.

By placing a COD order, you agree to accept the delivery and complete the purchase in good faith.

In cases where a customer places a COD order and:

  • Refuses to accept the delivery without valid reason, or
  • Fails to respond to delivery attempts, or
  • Places orders with no genuine intent to purchase (including prank or time-pass orders),

AUREXIO reserves the right to take appropriate action, including:

  • Charging applicable shipping and handling costs incurred due to such behavior
  • Restricting or blocking future Cash on Delivery orders from the customer
  • Initiating necessary steps to recover losses caused due to misuse, to the extent permitted by applicable law

Such actions are taken to ensure fair usage of our services and to prevent operational losses.
