1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across India.
International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within (5–6 business days) after order confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
  • COD orders are processed only after confirmation via call or WhatsApp

3. Delivery Timeframe

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within:

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier partner availability
  • External factors (weather, logistics delays, etc.)

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout
  • AUREXIO may offer free shipping on selected products or promotions

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders require confirmation before dispatch
  • AUREXIO reserves the right to cancel unverified COD orders

👉 Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to:

  • Restriction of COD services
  • Additional verification for future orders

7. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Courier delays
  • High demand periods
  • Regional restrictions

In such cases, we appreciate your patience and will assist you with updates.

8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

If a delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability

The order may be returned, and you have to pay shipping charges ( or we can escalate this matter to gujarat high court )  also  re-shipping may require additional charges.

9. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours.

We will investigate the issue with the courier partner and assist you accordingly.
